reuse menu / sidebar

Hi,

Is there a possible, create menu / sidebar only once and use it on all the screens ? At the moment I have a copy of menu on each screen and if I have change e.g. the menu, then I have replace it on all the screens.

Yes, definitely! You should create a Master, which will allow you to create one reusable menu/sidebar for all your screens.
