Screen Adjustments with all Widgets

Hi Team,
I have a question, If I Design a screen with resolution of 480320 with many widgets on it and I want to change it to higher the resolution of 1024768, will my Widgets ( like Rectangle, text box, dynamic panels etc ) and font sizes will get Auto adjusted ?
I want the look of the screen in smaller resolution to be same for higher resolution with Auto Adjusted size

Please let me know for the steps
