Scrolling down the right panel makes the transparency slider change

When you use the mousewheel to scroll down the panel with element properties, the scrolling stops on transparency, starting changing the transparency slider.

It often causes the transparency to stay on unwanted 2% which is annoying.

Thanks to Maciej Sawicki for reporting this: I've seen this happen, and had given up on scrolling the Properties panel as a result.

In general, the product could use improvements with focus management (the source of this issue) and scrolling annoyances (for example, when clicking a scrollbar in the "track" outside the sliding button, the content should move a screenful, not a couple of pixels. This would make moving around in the app a whole lot easier.
