You're not alone, Diego: I've reported this, as well. It makes "nudging" items using the keyboard arrow keys to position them precisely all but impossible.

Looks like you and I run into a lot of the same bugs: I noticed that your name and mine have come up on a couple of issues together. We'll keep pinging JustinMind, and they'll fix 'em by and by. I've had a couple of pretty difficult issues resolved so far, so there's hope.

Auto-scrolling is removed on the latest release v6.6.
