selecting an element on the screen

Solved Gamado 3 years ago

Is there a way in Justinmind version 9.2.2 to select a specific element on the screen (example: text?) without having to click from the parent elements all the way down to the target text element?

I typically have many parent elements like dynamic panels and tables to click through to get to the element I want to select and this is very time consuming.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

If you swap to the Direct Selection Tool (A) then you should be able to select any specific element you want even if it's under other layers.

Let me know if this works.

Thank you kindly,

Hi Chloe, I do have another question...

I'm trying to retrieve an earlier version of a prototype I published but I can't seem to find that specific version under the "Projects" folder in my account.

What I'm trying to do is replace that published version with a new one so that I can keep using the url which had been given to reviewers in the past.

Thanks again for your help.
