Setting to drag select without selecting entire object?

This seems pretty straightforward and other prototyping programs have it as an option.

Sometimes its annoying to have to select the exactly entire shape to select it. Is there a way when selecting any part of an object it is selected? This way can drag select large groups of items without frustratingly having to make sure every point is within the drag group.
