show different result in different screen based on a user taken questionaire

Hello,

I am simulating an mobile app that tests a person for burnout. 14 questions must be answered with options 1 to 7. When the user taps the button finished the result needs to be calculated. Depending on the result different text needs to be shown in a different screen. I tried this with expressions builder etc but until now it seems its not possible.

Am i right and how should I solve this?
