Simulation not working on windows 10 Chrome

So I have prototype that I would like to simulate. When I click on the simulate button, a new window opens up but the page is completely empty. I have attached a screenshot below. Can someone please show me what steps I can follow to make it work.
FYI: I have already tried to uninstall and re install again.

Could you send us the prototype and log files?

You can find them by following this file path:

On Mac: [folder of the user]/justinmind/version/logs.log

On PC: (C://users/youruser/Justinmind[version]/logs.log)

There may also be a file called logs.log.1 in that folder. If it's also listed, please attach it as well.
