specific user can only edit a specific row of a data grid

ok, heres what i need, I have a datalist that users can see and the items contains their names, but what id like to do is only allow them to edit only those rows with their name in them.

I have a condition set when [ 'input_1.value' = 'Paul Parks'] but that does exactly the opposite, his row cannot be selected for editing. but all of the others can.

what am I missing? is there a better way to do this?
