Hi Dexter,

Apologies for any inconvenience!

May I ask if you're using a proxy connection? If so, you'll need to configure your settings in Justinmind to match your proxy.

If you're not using a proxy and you're still seeing this message, check that under Preferences -> Justinmind account -> that it lists your account URL as https://justinmind.com/usernote

If that doesn't fix things, please let us know.

Best,

Danielle

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue. What can I do?

I see the Prototype on the App, but everytime I tap to download, it gives me this error.

Please help

Can you explain more about the issue? Where are you trying to download a prototype? Do you have a screenshot?

Looks like it wasn't attached. Can you try again? If it's not in a common image file, you will need to compress it to .zip/.rar to attach it here.

In the mobile app, if you click on the Hamburger menu on the left corner and then the 'Settings' text, is the network option that restricts downloads to Wifi disabled?

no it's not

So all downloads are NOT restricted to wifi, or they are? If they are restricted to wifi, turn that off so you can load the prototype using cellular data, or connect to wifi.

Wifi setting is set to Off

We think there might be a general server error at the moment because we're getting other reports of similar issues. We're looking into this right now, and I'll update you ASAP.

Ok, everything should be resolved now. Can you try viewing the prototype again?

Hi

I've been getting the error message when I try to view my prototype on mobile.

Ps: I picked up a paid subscription yesterday and this has been happening ever since.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
