Transfer account to another user/email
To whom it may concern,
I have one license to use Justinmind. I need to transfer the account and ownership to another colleague without having to upgrade my account, as my colleague will replace me.
How can I do that properly?

I haven't received that verification email. In fact I tried to access the customer support portal yesterday and I couldn't because of a wrong email or password. I tried to reset the password, but I haven't received the email to reset it.
However I can access my Justinmind account with my company email and password. Shouldn't it be the same credentials to access the customer support portal?
