Trouble finding the right formula
Hi there!
I'm currently trying to prototype a simple web-based game, where players drag objects into the correct area. Currently I'm trying to figure out how to write a formula that checks if two images are within a dynamic panel or a certain rectangle.
Attached are three screenshots. One with how it would start and two with what the end results should look like, either with the trays or using dyanmic panels.
Personally, I've tried looking at tutorials that use the contain or intersect function, but I can't seem to find the right solution. Also tried writing a formula where the x.pos of the image is > than the x.pos of the dyanmic field, but I think I'm misunderstanding how to use these formulae and functions.
Would anyone have any tips as to what direction I could look in or how I should approach building this formula?
If it's outside of the capabilites of JIM then that's completely understandable, if there would be a way that I could get the closest to simulating this then I would love to hear.
