UI Kit Versions

Are UI Kits updated to always be the latest stable version? For example, I want to use Kendo UI to build JustInMind prototypes. Will the Kendo UI kit provided be the latest available? Will older versions of the kit be maintained and also available for download?

Thank you. At present, I'm most interested in whether the current version of the Kendo UI kit in JustInMind reflects the current release of the actual Kendo UI library that is available.

We need to update it for the newest version, but our current library is very similar to the newest version.
