Hi Kumar,

Please send over the following files to us:

For MAC users:

[folder of the user]/justinmind/6.2.0/.metadata/.log

[folder of the user]/justinmind/6.2.0/configuration/.log

[folder of the user]/justinmind/6.2.0/logs.log

These log files are inside a hidden folder so first you’ll need to enable hidden files on your Mac, you can follow the instructions from this link:

http://www.mikesel.info/show-hidden-f...

For PC users:

- The list of the contents of these folders: c:usersyouruserJustinmind(any folder you find inside)

- The file called 'logs.log' inside those folders

- The file .log located in c:usersyour userJustinmind(any folder you find inside).metadata

- The files ending in .log inside c:usersyour userJustinmind(any folder you find inside)configuration if any

Best,

Marc
