"Unexpected Error. The commit process could not be completed"

Solved Justin Jones 8 years ago

Every time I try to Commit All I receive the following error message: "Unexpected Error. The commit process could not be completed"

I have tried restarting Justininmind and my entire system, but this does not resolve the issue.

Hi Justin,

Does this happen randomly or systematically? Also, please try reinstalling the app. You can download a fresh copy here: justinmind.com/download

Make sure to unregister your license before you uninstall the previous version by going to Help -> Unregister key. Also, take into account that everything that has not been committed will not be saved.

Kindly let me know how it goes.

Best,

Hello Sonia,

It appears the my Key was no longer associated with my account. I re-registered my key and have had no issues of this nature since.

Thank you for you assistance.

Best,

Justin
