"Unexpected error. The operation could not be complted"

I keep getting an error when I want to update and unlock the screens in my prototype , how can I sole this issue ?
I know there is a new update 7.7.2 but I don't know if I should update the software before unlocking my screen, and not sure if that update will solve this issue.

Hi Aren,

7.7.2 fixes this issue, so go ahead and update and you won't experience this error anymore.
