Make sure Justinmind is not running in the background. You can also restart and launch the uninstaller.

Danielle thank you for your reply.

I've done all above suggestions , but nothing changed. I getting again the same error.

Finally i decide to delete everything from "Program files (x86)" folder.

I had many years to do this kind of uninstall :(

Very very bad experience.

That's very odd - thanks for letting us know about this. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience due to the error.

I'm having the same problem. Tried to uninstall the program in different ways and also restart de the computer, but still get the same error as Sarisg above. Any solutions to this problem yet?

If you open your Task Manager, do you see any process for Justinmind there? If so, kill those processes and you should be able to uninstall.

I've tried that, but there are no open processes for Justinmind.

I have exactly the same issue. Free trial download Justinmind Prototyper 8.7.4 on Windows 10. No app process or identifiable background processes open (i.e., with a Justinmind logo or starting with the letter "J').

Yes, I tried restarting my machine and immediately uninstalling. Once I start the uninstall, an au_.exe Justinmind process does appear, which I assumed was the uninstall file itself. If I end that process, the uninstall process quits.

Screencap attached.

Thanks for the info, all. Unfortunately we've been unable to reproduce this problem consistently so far, but we're working identifying the cause behind the errors. Here's what you can try instead in the meantime:

- Use the Uninstall.exe inside the installation folder (if you've not already done so)

or

- Use the Windows Command Prompt: Navigate to Justinmind Prototyper 8.7.6 (or whichever version you have) installation folder and execute the following command

Uninstall.exe /S

Deleting it in the Command Prompt worked. Thank you for your support.
