What types of files can Justinmind export EXACTLY?

Answered Snarffel-1 3 years ago

Even though my company has contacted support directly with this same exact question, the answer was vague and deferred telling us to ask here.

(Not looking good for buying your product)

So here it is once again after two emails to support:

What types of files can Justinmind export EXACTLY?

The docs say 'image files'. Well what type of image files?

Can vectors be exported?

Customer service seems incompetent.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. The formats for exporting are PNG, JPG, TIFF and SVG. Does this help answer your question?

Thank you kindly,

Chloe - how do you export an SVG?

The documentation provided is not clear.

some reason you are confusing export and import - according to Justinmind  you can just import svg files into justimnind , but not export

So @Chloe - how exactly is a file exported as an SVG from a Justinmind file?

Hello,

Currently you can only export as SVG if there is a previously imported SVG file in your prototype. However, in the next update of Justinmind you will be able to export anything to an SVG file. I hope this helps answer your question!

Thank you,

-Chloe
