When I import my PDF's they are oversize when simulated, can i fix them to always be a set dimension?

I'm making a navigable database of engineering drawings but when i import them they are too large for the simulation screen and have to be further maneuvered using sliders to be viewed. I would prefer them to be fixed dimension every time and hope i can sharpen up my building as i have over 400 to add!
