When someone reports a problem as a Justinind Pro why not publish the solution?
I have been reading through some problems reported and often you say:
Your request is being dealt with in our Customer Support Portal.
Surely if you published the solution it would certainly help other JIM users. I for one have experinced a few issues that have been reported.
In my experience you can take up to 48 hours to respond.

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you! We usually provide that answer when someone has duplicated a question in both the community and in the customer support portal. Other times, it's because their question can contain sensitive or private information or files. We are always happy to provide general clarification on a question that we have answered in this manner - just leave a reply on the question and we'll get back to you ASAP.
