Hello, I can´t open the prototype file of another user.

We have the same version & the last update (7.4.0).
My operating system is WIN7, the other one is MAC OS.
What can I do?

This is happening because the other user has created the protoype with a higher version, so you should upgrade to version 7.5.0.

When I check for an update in Justinmind (Help - Check for Updates), I get the hint that I have the latest version.
"You´re up to date! Justinmind Prototyper 7.4.0 is the newest version available."
I can´t see a version 7.5.0.
Do you know why?

Can you confirm that you are connected to the internet properly? Also please check out that at "FIle" / "Preferences" / "URL for Updates" contains the same URL as the screenshot attached.
Meanwhile, you can download our last version here: https://www.justinmind.com/download. Please make sure before installing, to deactivate the key "Help" / "Unregister key"

you were right with the internet connection.
There was no connection between Justinmind and the internet.
However, Justinmind has not displayed the error.
Our network admin could fix it.
Now it´s working.
